  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue certain products at our discretion.

  • Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping fees unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Products in stock are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-order products require approximately 3-8 weeks for delivery.

  • We deliver products across Southeast Asia, with varying delivery times depending on your location.

Payment Methods

  • Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and selected e-wallets as indicated during checkout.

  • All payments must be fully completed and cleared before products are shipped.

Warranty

  • We provide a 6 months or 1-year limited warranty on batteries, motors, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and submitted within the warranty period.

  • The warranty does NOT cover:

    • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

    • Normal wear and tear, punctures, or cosmetic damage.
