All orders placed through PETER E-BIKE are subject to processing times as follows:

Products In Stock: Orders will typically be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-order Items: Orders for items marked as "pre-order" require approximately 3-8 weeks for processing and dispatch.
We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Destinations and Rates

We deliver our electric bicycles throughout Thailand and various countries in Southeast Asia.

Shipping fees vary based on the destination, package weight, and product dimensions. Exact shipping costs are clearly displayed and calculated during checkout before payment.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Domestic (within Thailand): approximately 2-5 business days.

Southeast Asia Region: approximately 3-7 business days, depending on location.

Please note, deliveries to remote areas or international destinations might experience longer transit times due to logistics constraints.
These timeframes serve as estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs procedures.
Shipment Tracking and Responsibility

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation on chanel you ordered containing tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information provided at checkout. Any additional costs incurred from incorrect shipping details will be borne by the customer.

PETER E-BIKE is not liable for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. However, we will actively assist customers in coordinating with carriers should any shipping issues arise.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your product arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support immediately via official channels (Line, Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) for assistance.

Claims regarding damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Providing photographic evidence will expedite the claims process.
International Customs & Duties

International customers outside of Thailand may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the receiving country’s authorities.

PETER E-BIKE is not responsible for these additional charges; customers are solely responsible for payment of all customs-related fees.
